If you have been following the five steps then you already have a great profile and are starting to link with some useful people (ie. not just your mother and brother… not that I’m suggesting that they aren’t useful, just that they might not be business-focused). By this point people are probably also starting to find you… but you’re probably also starting to hit the glass ceiling. How do you start turning this around from being a mutual appreciation society to being business development focused?
