You need someone who can spell, punctuate, work to a deadline (and a price) and think with a bit of common sense… as well as understand the subtle differences and language across the education sector. Someone who can actually produce what you have in your mind (especially when you can’t work out how to say it) and won’t be offended if you tell them it’s ‘not quite right yet’. In short, you want the copy you wish you’d written yourself… but that shouldn’t be too much to ask… should it?
