You may have heard us talking about this over the last week. Owner of Elephant Creative Helen Hammond has been shortlisted alongside just 7 other women in the UK for the Women Changing the Business World award run by the Institute of Directors. Last week Helen was invited onto BBC Radio Gloucestershire to be interviewed, not only about the award, but about Elephant Creative, the innovative business model that we work in and the role of women in business generally.
If you felt you didn’t know much about us here at Elephant Creative, then this interview should give you a great insight. Helen hates hearing her own voice on radio, but us ‘herd’ members insisted we put this on the website. And we are rather proud of Helen being shortlisted for such a prestigious national award – and for championing flexible working conditions and women in the workplace.
If you just want to hear the interview scroll to 40 minutes into the broadcast.
Many thanks to Claire Carter, radio presenter at BBC Radio Gloucestershire who carried out the interview.
Today is the last day of voting! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Women Changing the Business World’ and say ‘Vote for Helen Hammond’.
